OUR FOUNDER
Mr. Amod Keskar
Mr. Amod Keskar is a highly experienced supply chain and procurement professional with over three decades of expertise. He is a graduate of the prestigious IIM Calcutta SCM program and holds several certifications, including TOC, APICS, and ISO/TS auditing.
In today's volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world, Mr. Keskar firmly believes that flexible strategies and quick responses are critical to survival and growth. He is passionate about developing agile processes, approaches, and data-based skill sets to enable businesses to stay ahead of the curve.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Keskar has gained experience across multiple industries, including furniture, lighting, and e-commerce. He has a deep understanding of various manufacturing processes, such as metal, plastics, PU, wood, and electronics manufacturing systems, and has effectively developed and implemented procurement and supply chain strategies.
As part of the strategic management team, Mr. Keskar has championed several key initiatives for his companies, including creating a reliable and responsive supply chain, supplier development, product development, process automation, and cost reduction. He has a keen understanding of business drivers and the interdependence of processes, and leverages his expertise to overcome areas of short-term pain and establish long-term and strategic supply chain management.
